Use Verasys controls to optimize HVACR equipment performance with remote connectivity for secure access anytime, anywhere. Verasys is BACnet®-based and connects seamlessly with other equipment.
The Verasys system features advanced direct digital control (DDC) controllers bundled with Johnson Controls single-packaged units (SPUs), actuators, sensors, and damper assemblies. All devices self-configure, and the Verasys Smart Building Hub (SBH) monitors the devices. Verasys-supported devices automatically connect the point, alarm, trend, and graphical definitions. The points appear when you connect devices to the system, thereby making Verasys an easy-to-use, light commercial building automation system (BAS).
Verasys Enterprise
Verasys Enterprise is a cloud-based application that provides mechanical contractors and facility managers who serve national account retailers with enterprise control and monitoring of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, refrigeration, and energy systems. Verasys Enterprise leverages data from equipment in the Verasys ecosystem and automatically inherits your Verasys infrastructure from Smart Building Hubs. You can use Verasys Enterprise to monitor and control multiple Smart Building Hubs across your portfolio.
Verasys Smart Building Hub
At the core of the Verasys system is the Smart Building Hub, a scalable control center that manages multiple building zones and applications in real time. Gain extraordinary control over HVAC, refrigeration, and lighting—with seamless integration into other smart applications. Minimize downtime and service costs with easy configuration. The Smart Building Hub works with all controllers that have the Johnson Controls Smart Equipment technology.
Verasys Application Controllers
The Verasys Application Controllers are part of the SMART Equipment Controller family. The Verasys Application Controllers run pre-engineered applications and provide the inputs and outputs required to monitor and control a wide variety of HVAC equipment. They operate on an RS-485 BACnet® MS/TP Bus as BACnet Advanced Application Controllers (B-AACs). They are compatible with the Verasys Smart Building Hub (SBH) through the BACnet MSTP system bus connection. Versasys Application Controllers also feature Mobile Access Portal (MAP) compatibility for configuration through smart mobile devices and remote connectivity.
