7800 Series Burner Controls
The 7800 series are microprocessor-based industrial burner controls for all types of automatically fired burners with unlimited capacity. The 7800-series are enabled for remote monitoring via the Thermal IQ Honeywell Connected Plant solution. They feature a modular design with plug-in modules and selectable pre-purge time by ST7800Axxx module selection. The 7800 series accepts all existing Honeywell optical flame detectors and flame rods. All information regarding the burner control is available on the keyboard display module or through communication.
C6097 Pressure Switch
The Honeywell C6097 pressure switches monitor positive and negative gas pressures on various industrial gas and air appliances, such as boiler fan monitoring and differential pressure monitoring in firing, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. The pressure switch monitors extremely low-pressure differentials and triggers switch-on, switch-off, or switch-over operations if a set switching point is reached.
Flame Detectors
Honeywell offers a full line of self-check, standard, and solid-state detectors for use with programmer and primary flame safeguard controls to provide flame supervision for gas, oil, or combination gas-oil burners.
Pressure and Limit Controllers
Honeywell L404 and L604 Pressuretrol Controllers are line-voltage pressure controllers that provide operating control, automatic limit protection, or manual reset limit protection for pressure systems. The L4079A, B, and W PressureTrol Limit Controls are high-pressure limit switches that break electrical circuits when pressure rises to a preset value.
Gas Valves and Actuators
Honeywell’s combustion line includes a variety of gas valves and actuators for use on furnaces, ovens, atmospheric burners, commercial water heaters, rooftop make-up air units, power burners, and commercial/industrial boilers. Their portfolio includes diaphragm gas valves, single-stage, and dual-stage pressure regulating valves that combine the functionality of safety shut-off and pressure regulation in one unit; pilot gas valves; and industrial safety shut-off valves used with fluid-power actuators to control gas flow to commercial and industrial burners.
